Mission Olive
Large, erect tree used for table olives and oil. Tolerant of cold, salinity and drought. Freestone fruit has a bitter flavor when harvested green, but matures to a complex blend of buttery and tropical flavors. Misty Blueberry

Moonglow Pear - Semi-dwarf

Mulberry, Pakistan Cooke's Selection (Morus alba)
Large maroon to black fruit is 3 1/2 to 5" long and very sweet with a raspberry-like flavor. Multi-month long fruiting season. Cold hardy to USDA zone 9, maybe 7 when mature. Mulberry, White Pakistan (Morus alba 'Pakistan Alba')
Sweet white fruit is 3 1/2 to 5 inches long. Multi-month fruiting season starting in early summer. Cold hardy to zone 9, perhaps as low as 6 when mature. Frost sensitive when young. North Star Dwarf Cherry
Dwarf sour cherry is attractive, densely foliated, naturally small tree growing to about 8-10 ft. Large, meaty, tart, red skinned cherry with red juice is excellent for pies and cobblers, also used fresh when fully ripe. Hardy to -40 degrees F. Very productive, often bears in second year. Pedro Walnut

Pendolino Olive
Used mainly as a pollenizer in Tuscany, the small fruit produces a mild oil with low bitterness and delicate pungency. Blooms early and profusely with a long bloom. Self sterile, so a pollenizer such as Frantoio or Leccino is required. For landscaping, Pendolino offers good cold hardiness and a dense, weeping canopy. Zones 7b to 10. Peter's Honey Fig
Prolific fig from Sicily. The skin is shiny, yellow-green when ripe and the sweet flesh is amber colored. Placentia Walnut

Prairie Fire Crabapple
Moderate growth to 20 ft. by 20 ft., with upright and eventually rounded shape. Crimson buds open to long lasting, single, pinkish red blossoms, followed by dark red, persistent fruit. New foliage is reddish maroon, aging to reddish green on red stems. Highly resistant to fireblight, scab, cedar apple rust and powdery mildew. Zones 4 to 8.
