A. C. Sweet Pomegranate
Exterior color is red to bright pink with pink to light red arils. Sweet and refreshing flavor with soft, edible seeds. Ripe fruit can hang for weeks without splitting. Very hardy plant can take temperatures to below zero. One of Utah's favorite varieties. Best in zones 6 to 10. 100 to 200 hours. Self-fruitful.
Gala Apple - Standard
(Original Gala) Wonderful dessert apple from New Zealand. Skin is reddish-orange, striped over yellow. Crisp, dense, aromatic flesh with nice blend of sweetness and tartness, rich flavor. Kiwifruit, Vincent Female
Well regarded, tasty, medium sized, fuzzy skinned kiwi. Low chilling requirement; adapted to southern California. Zones 8 to 9. 100 hrs. Pollenized by Tomuri male.
Kiwifruit, Tomuri Male
Pollenizer for Vincent female kiwi. Does not produce fruit. One male can pollenize up to eight Vincent females. Zones 7 to 9. 100 hrs.
Kiwifruit, Issai Hardy
Self-fruitful variety, the preferred hardy kiwi for home planting. Fuzzless fruit, no need to peel. Smaller than the fuzzy kiwi, and usually sweeter; very high in Vitamin C. More winter hardy than Hayward. Zones 4 to 8. 300 hours.
Arbequina Olive
A small tree of medium vigor that bears earlier than many other varieties. Suitable for high density planting. Fruit is small and produces a very aromatic, fruity oil that is low in bitterness. Fairly cold tolerant, disease resistant and pest tolerant. Zones 7b to 10. Self-fruitful, but will produce more if planted with Arbosana or Koroneiki. Arbosana Olive
Small tree that produces large crops of small olives that make premium oil. Fruit has a complex blend of fruitiness, pungency and bitterness. Late bearing and fairly cold hardy to zones 8 to 10. Frantoio Olive
One of the world's premier oil varieties. Delightful balance of fruitiness, bitterness and pungency. Also makes a good table olive after curing. Highly frost sensitive. Mulberry, Dwarf Bush

Koroneiki Olive
Greek variety, originally cultivated on the island of Crete where the climate is relatively warm. Great for high density planting. Early producer with very small fruit. Pendolino Olive
Used mainly as a pollenizer in Tuscany, the small fruit produces a mild oil with low bitterness and delicate pungency. Blooms early and profusely with a long bloom. Self sterile, so a pollenizer such as Frantoio or Leccino is required. For landscaping, Pendolino offers good cold hardiness and a dense, weeping canopy. Zones 7b to 10.
